The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests:

Need to mix a little work with your getaway? Vesper Bleu includes two dedicated desk workstations, allowing two guests to work remotely without competing for a single workspace or taking over the dining table.

You'll also find a separate makeup vanity—a dedicated place to get ready without tying up the bathroom counter. It's an especially nice touch for couples, groups and wedding weekends.

WATERFRONT PATIO + RIVER

One of Vesper Bleu's standout features is its private waterfront patio directly on the Spokane River. Start your morning outside with coffee overlooking the water, relax by the river after a day exploring CDA or wind down in the evening with the Spokane River as your backdrop.

The riverfront setting puts you right at the water while still giving you the convenience of Riverstone next door. The dock and Centennial Trail are just steps away, making it easy to get outside for a waterfront walk, bike ride or evening stroll.

Riverstone's restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, entertainment and movie theater are all within easy walking distance.

PRIVATE GARAGE + EV CHARGING

Vesper Bleu includes a private single-car garage with an EV charger, so you can charge your electric vehicle right at the property.

The garage also provides direct, no-step entry into the home, making arrival especially convenient with luggage, groceries or strollers, or for guests who simply prefer to avoid stairs.

The private garage opening measures approximately 8 feet wide by 7 feet 8 inches high. Guests traveling with oversized vehicles should confirm clearance before arrival.

The Spokane River and dock are directly across the street. Please observe posted rules and be considerate of neighboring residents and shared community areas.

The garage provides direct no-step entry into the home; however, Vesper Bleu is not advertised as ADA compliant or fully accessible.
